Payment Terms:

Prices:

By 15th of the month following invoice date.

All prices are in GB Pounds Sterling (£) ruling at date of despatch.

Delivery:
Applies to the UK only

▲ Platinum Products: These key items are our priority and we aim to have them in stock and available for despatch at all times.

EU and International territories are subject to local trading conditions.

☼ Gold Products: We build these items in regular cycles, which means that we will usually have them in stock to meet your order. However, it is possible that your order may fall outside of our normal production schedule, in which case it may be up to 6 weeks before the next build cycle.
We strongly recommend that you place a standing order for these items to ensure a secure supply.

VAT:
Applies to the EU only

All EU sales are subject to VAT at the ruling rate.

A VAT certificate is required before UK orders, qualifying for exemption, can be processed.

Patterns:

May be changed without notice

Carriage Claims:

Can only be entertained if notified to us, in writing, within the following time limits:

For damage or short delivery: within 3 days of delivery

For non-delivery: with 14 days of date of invoice

Returns:

Returned goods can only be accepted with our authorisation and in re-saleable condition.

The following limits apply to refunds after delivery:

Elapsed time - percentage refund

Up to 1 month        80%

Up to 3 months      50%

Over 3 months       No returns accepted.

Packing & Carriage:
Applies to UK Customers only.
Charges do not apply to standing orders
or subsequent part deliveries.

Orders with a net value, excluding VAT:

Under £50              £14.95

Over  £50               £8.50

Special Delivery:

Special delivery instructions on U.K. orders are subject to additional carriage charge.
